However, many people live in such a way that evil, cruel, insidious, and painful headaches can appear at any time in their daily lives. If pain does not often appear as a basic symptom of a disease, then we can also assume that something is wrong with us. Would we be sick?

Headaches can be triggered by living an overly hectic lifestyle and treating our bodies so carelessly that we don’t eat breakfast. Work can be to the detriment of our health if we don’t pay attention to when and what we consume. The variety of tasks can distract us so much that we don’t consume enough fluids, we eat unhealthy food.
Curved spine, hanging head
Sitting work and poor, crooked posture, a constantly looking head can cause muscle spasms in the back of the neck, which can also manifest as a headache. It is no accident that sedentary workers are recommended to perform a series of 10-minute movements per hour. A few squats, head and waist circles may be enough to move ourselves and thus avoid headaches as well.
Eating habits
Our diet can also affect whether or not we have a headache. Consumption of excessive amounts of food made from processed meat products will certainly show its negatives in the long run. One of these could be a headache. It does not occur legally in all people, but there are those whose headaches can be caused even by consuming too much meat.
A small consumption of wine can even be a cure for mental and even health problems, but consuming red wine can even manifest as a headache. The tannin in red wine can increase the chances of a headache.
