When all is done properly, a substance is produced in the intestinal mucosa that recognizes and effectively destroys pathogens. Together, our bacteria convert the nutrients we take in faster and in the right proportions, and what is usable is absorbed by what our body does not need and is excreted.

If everything is ideal in our gut, it means that bacteria even produce vitamins and are also involved in reducing inflammation. In order for all of this to work really well, we need to nourish our bodies, but of course it doesn’t matter what.

Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables is definitely part of a health-conscious lifestyle. In addition, raw materials such as whole grains as well as fermented raw materials (essentially fermentation) are important because they help us to absorb the beneficial substances in our digestive system as efficiently as possible. To make our protection shield as stable as possible, give it:

  • vegetables and fruits rich in fiber and vitamins. Preferably raw one of the most;
  • smoothies mixed with seeds from vegetables and fruits also have a good effect
  • consume a product made from whole grains;
  • fermented foods such as kefir, sauerkraut, yogurt are a must.
