It's summer and yet we're thinking in fur

Indefatigable, fried meat can be a favorite of kids and adults alike. We used to grind the meat into flour, eggs and then breadcrumbs and fry in fat. That's how we get crispy bites. Beyond that, few see, though we can “add” a variety of fur to the huss. By the way, of course, fur is not just for meat. We can wrap vegetables, cheese, mushrooms.

Node as far as the fur is concerned. We already achieve a completely different effect if we toss the usual breadcrumbs version with a little parmesan. This means adding bread parmesan to the breadcrumbs and turning the meat into it. In this case, the breadcrumbs absorb less fat and thus become more stomach-friendly.

It’s a small change in the breading, yet it makes a noticeable difference if we add green spices to the breadcrumbs. We find ourselves facing a more spicy isorgia.

Grating the potatoes on a large-hole grater for the eggs is also a meaningful solution. If it gets on the meat, even the fried meat will become a much more nutritious and richer food.

The holy trinity of classic flour-egg-bread crumbs can be broken by simply skipping the bread crumbs and adding a little baking soda. This is how we dress the food in a Parisian fur coat.

If you’re allergic to any of the ingredients in traditional breading, you don’t have to give up on such enjoyment either. You can use rice flour instead of white flour, you can use it instead of eggs

sour cream or even yoghurt. Moreover, the role of breadcrumbs can be taken over by corn flakes.

We can even make it by adding corn flakes to the meat. The food is really crunchy and has a completely different look.
