And if we get up, we can continue the day in our comfortable pajamas, as no one can see.

Those who work from home now have everything upset about them, especially if they also have children in the family. No matter how skillful they may be, perhaps self-employment is still difficult, it is necessary to help them. As long as we pay attention to the children, the work is not progressing, and if we focus on the work, the children are either not learning or they are constantly fighting for our attention.

It’s an enviable work from home, but if we forget about ourselves, we can become more and more demanding.

Before the coronavirus epidemic, it was completely common to get up and prepare, and although we get up at home office, our daily routine has changed. We are satisfied with the pajamas. In fact, it may have been particularly rainy at the beginning that no one finally had to fit in with our aesthetics, we could only focus on work, but at the same time, choosing our clothes is an integral part of our look and perception, and today we have no reason to dress.

During the morning coffee and tea we could think about what to expect that day, what to do, but during the home office we could easily not do it at all. Home office and distance learning does not mean that work is less. It’s more like it all works differently, so we have to meet expectations in the same way.

Anyone who has had a study in their home so far, where they can safely retreat to work or just read, be quiet, can still do their thing in the home office. Where this is not possible, it is possible for distance learning to take place in a room with teleworking. Essentially, everyone works where they find a place for themselves, or the most comfortable. And this may not be the same as keeping healthy, and working from home can immerse you in work much better, so we don’t take as many breaks as we should. We don’t pay attention to our needs in this way, nor to move our numb body parts. The other extreme is when we put housework into work, so we want to know everything at once.
