Each class community is made up of children of different personalities. However, it is almost legal for every community of children to have children who never complain, pay attention during classes, report, not talk, excel students, and of course, on the opposite side, there may be children who have a lot of problems.

Malpractice is usually done to raise awareness, but there are children who go beyond this line.

It is well-known that there are always children who are pushed to the brim by their peers, who are verbally abusive and may even go into action. This is not about these victims, but those who do the so-called bullying. They are the children who abuse their peers. Why do they become like this?

The concept of school violence is known, as it has always existed. While boys try to resolve conflicts by violence, they resolve the issue by excluding the unwanted person, or even verbally harass or gossip.

Bullying, or bullying at school, is not the right way to deal with a one-off conflict, but with persistent bullying, physical or verbal abuse, insult.

School bullying not only involves the victim and the perpetrator of the bullying, but can also be a constant eyewitness to the class and / or the school community, meaning the whole community.

It's not easy to find out why some kids become cruel, terrorizing. The most obvious explanation may be that the abusive child is experiencing similar experiences at home, that is, he sees this pattern. That would be an explanation, but there are children who are not raised in love at home but live in physical abuse, yet the home survivors are not projected to their peers or hurt anyone.

Children who commit bullying at school can manage their own frustration by hurting others, but are much more anxious to get attention. The student who deliberately abuses his partner seeks power. They need others to watch and have an audience when they hurt a partner.

The class's cool character (either good student or bad) may feel the need to prove the strength they need, so the school and classroom can become a scene of bullying. Bullying therefore affects not only the victim, but also the witnesses. To stop harassment, you need to know what motivates the harasser. And this may not offer an immediate solution, which requires time and energy.
