Depressed people don't care how they are judged by the outside world, so they don't pay attention to how they dress, but if we want to avoid the unpleasant feelings, let's give in. While you can buy new pieces, this can be a therapy to get rid of the bad mood, or you can choose from existing pieces that make you feel good and even showy.

In addition to exercising, meditation can be depressing. Even if we are not professionals in it, we can still try to turn inward and reflect on what has happened. As we focus on our breathing, the tension can fade away without doing much.
