We spend less in nature in winter. Being in our heated home is good now. This can also cause deliberate slowdowns. Just a focus on pleasant music, a relaxed environment and a focus on ourselves.

Pay attention to the needs and signals of our bodies. If we are tired, we must rest. This does not necessarily mean sleep. Active rest can also turn off, divert our attention. You need to find a way to enjoy the winter. It can be a sport, but it can bring a whole lot of joy to our bodies and souls.
