After spring fatigue, here is autumn

Autumn is still full of energy, the sun may still be shining, but the sun's rays are no longer so strong, and a perceptible, visible change is beginning.

After a period of winter depression and doom, we long for the days to finally get longer and the weather to warm up a bit. Maybe that’s why it falls bad if we experience spring fatigue nonetheless.

Leanness, lethargy, the difficulty of getting out of bed may prevail over us in spring, known as spring fatigue. Perhaps most of our favorite periods are summer. The heat is sometimes uncomfortable, but during the holidays, the weather and the length of the sunny hours also have a positive effect on us. Then suddenly autumn falls on our necks. Even if we get almost summer weather at the beginning of autumn, going to school and work can’t forget that we started another season.

This year’s spring and summer were like no other. Protection against the coronavirus involved a period of quarantine, which meant home study for students and lucky adults able to work in a home office. Others were forced to use their leave to stay home with the children, so there was nothing left of the summer leave or only minimal. Some also lost their jobs due to the virus, so it dragged on the summer recharge. The physical manifestation of this is perhaps best felt now. Breaking into the new season affects our bodies and it can have similar symptoms to what we experience in the spring. The signs of autumn depression are similar to spring, meaning we may feel tired even though we went to bed in time, rested well, yet. We are able to pull ourselves together on small things, and we experience many things as unreasonably negative.

There is a lot that can be improved in this condition and there is a potential for that. While we may feel tired this fall, it’s still advice to move on. Be it a walk with the family, coordinate it with a dog walk, but let it happen in nature, in the fresh air. Even the lightest exercise and movement have a beneficial effect on digestion, sleep and the soul.

It may not hurt to make some changes in our environment either. Already the design, but also the implementation brings a new impetus, because we beautify and innovate our own and this is not only good for aesthetics, but our environment can be completely renewed.

If there’s something we’ve been wanting to start with for a long time, we’ve always found and looked for excuses, maybe it’s not worth dragging on. Let’s cut in, find a new challenge, a new hobby that we do with pleasure.

What is very important is to pay attention to the signals of our body, our soul. Give ourselves what our body wants. If we are tired, we need extra rest. But let’s deal with our appearance, our appearance, because it can also give a lot of strength.
